I ride an older Ducati and it's very hard to find someone in the city who wants to help you find parts for it. But the guys at RPM always put in the effort to help me out and find the part I need. The shops a bit far from where I live but the service makes up for the long drive.

Went in to get an MVI and even though I was far too late in the day they still squeezed me in and got me riding the same day. Wonderful people, very friendly. Only place I'm going to go from now on. Best service ever!
