This is my first time using this company. I am always very protective of my car & who works on it. Karen at the front desk is so nice & very accommodating. She is the communication person for the mechanics. Very helpful with all my question. The mechanic was awesome. He is funny when I spoke to him shortly. He did the repairs without replacing parts. He also did extra work without charging me. I would highly recommend this company.. I will definitely be using them in the future. Big huge thank you. Barb :)

Used to get dealer service. Dealership told me I needed new front brakes after replacing the rear brakes twice in about 5 years. OC said they were fine and told me when they actually needed service - about a year (and 20,000 kms) after the dealership said it was time. I know I can trust OC to recommend only necessary service.

Free inspections and estimates, staff was friendly and service was extremely fast. Had 2 lower ball joints, power steering and alternator belt replaced in about half a day after dropping it off. Car's running much smoother now
