Top notch service, the sales managers are smoke shows and don’t even get me started about the general manager. Very welcoming environment when you walk in. Parts are also super knowledgeable! Service does some really nice videos while you car is in for regular maintenance which is awesome! Best dealership in Canada 10/10

Highly recommend the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Colonial Honda! Shopping for cars has never been something I've enjoyed but my sales consultant, Bruce Vickery, made me feel immediately at ease. He was straight forward, fair, knowledgeable and accommodating. This team is great to deal with. The service folks have always made an effort to work with my schedule to ensure a service delay does not affect my day. The buying experience was overall simple though they do the same song and dance where the offer you the extra warranty/services over a period of visits. While I'm sure that tactic does help some from getting overwhelmed, it is not my preference. I received free a mug for my honest review and you can too. :)

From the time I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces, and felt extremely welcomed. George MacDonald was extremely approachable and knowledgeable. I have a particularly overbearing Dad in ON who was doing his best to help me over the phone. Not only did George speak to my dad over the phone, but he also advocated for me when he knew I disagreed with my Dad's views. I felt very well taken care of, and all my questions and concerns were answered and acknowledged. Richard, in financing, was super easy to deal with, and made the entire process very easy. This was my first vehicle and I'm very pleased with how simple the process was and how informative the staff was here. Thank you guys so much! I can't wait to pick up my new car 😍😍
