Great shop, awesome people, highly recommend this place however... they are currently selling a multi tool called “Cycle-on 30 tools in one, by True utility”. This sells for $42.00 at the Harley dealer. I bought the 100% exact same identical one, at the dollar store for $4.00. Same tool, same packaging, 100% identical. This is not ok in my books. I’m not sure what the mark up is on something like this, but... it should not be 1000% more for the bikers than the soccer moms. We are their bread and butter after all.

My first visit to the dealership since the heath crisis was great. The shop is well laid out for customer movement and social distancing. I made a purchase at the parts counter and the process was easy and quick. The shop has done a great job with the new layout and procedures for health and safety for all.

Been a customer since 2012, sales, credit and parts department has always been great. Moved away in 2016, came back in 2020, and wow! The service department is now just as good as the rest! Can’t complain. A1
