The price they charge is reasonable and the space given is acceptable. I understand why you had wooden racks at the floor of the storage room but it would have been preferable if the wooden racks have no space within each rack and in between the racks as well.

Excellent service both at the time of taking possession of the unit and departure of the unit. Unit was very clean and plenty of wood pallets for my items. The unit is also elevated so no water ever came into the unit. Best bang for your buck. Everywhere else was over $200/mo...

Rented a 10’ x 10’ unit for 4 months then downsized to a smaller one after that. It was a smooth transition to move into a smaller unit. Service was good and I had no problems. Rates were reasonable compared to other companies.

The staff here are amazing. They always take the extra time to help me. They are so polite. Zac took the time to help my friend and I with our kayaks and he was awesome!! Great customer service guys. Keep it up. We park our kayak here and would recommend to anyone.
