When I purchased my first used boat off of a marketplace, I thought to bring it in to a reputable service shop (DT Powersports). I first thought of DT because of the location and because of the 4 star review. I've never been here before and thought it would be the best place to get the overall boat and motor check done. I was told it would take roughly 2-3 weeks as being mid pandemic July 2020. This was indeed the fastest time any shop quoted me in and around the GTA. Pro's: -location, very close to the GTA! -Criag, the service tech that handled my boat, spoke to me with the highest level of respect and actually seemed to care about my concerns. would highly recommend him if you would like the best service possible! Con's: (Some) Of the staff at the front desk were rude, plain and simple. They made myself feel like I was bothering them by asking for an update after the estimated 2-3 week time frame has passed. By no means am I trying to deter you from this establishment, because what happened in my situation may not apply to you! I simply would like to just share my experience!

I purchased a used Polaris Pro-S from DT Powersports and Marine. Very happy with the purchase and now looking forward for snow. DT Powersports and Marine offer great products and excellent service. I highly recommend them and will continue doing business with them in the Future. If you're in the market, go see Greg or Shawn and they'll take care of you!
