My preferred place to rent a car in Toronto. It’s quick and convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem. The car i reserved is always available at the price I was quoted.

I was a little worried when I saw the reviews, but we rented a Corolla last weekend and the service was good. There were three people in line, but we all got there at the same time and there was only one staff member (after, someone else came and the line was over). They were friendly. As someone said in the review, we sign the contract and the car condition before seeing the car, but they said if we found anything in the car we could come back and they would mark it. We found somethings and came back, they marked it in the paper without discussion. When we delivered the car, the guy in the parking lot said we didnt need the ticket but afterwards we realized it was important so they knew when we delivered the car. No problem, we went to the office and delivered the car keys. Until now, we were charged the correct amount of money. I’ll edit the review if something changes. The location is so convenient, I’ll certainly come back.
