Fraserway RV - Cookstown

From the moment we made the first call to Fraserway to inquire about a Class C, to the moment when we drove out of the parking lot in our new Class C (honking the horn I might add LOL) the entire experience was stress-free, enjoyable and absolutely seamless!!! It didn’t feel like a business transaction, it seemed more like friends were showing us a few motorhomes that were for sale! We were made to feel very comfortable! The whole team: Chantelle, Ashley, Shawn, Jeremy and Karen...one word: AMAZING!! You can tell that all of them really want you to have the best experience ever! Chantelle (Sales Coordinator) answered all of our questions and was so down to earth and friendly! Ashley (Sales Associate) is amazing! You can tell that Ashley is happy to help and was 100% available to answer all of our questions and went out of her way to always check back with us to see if we required any additional assistance, I think we were there for the full day! Shawn (General Manager) is so laid back, he immediately made us feel 100% comfortable as well! He asked if we had any questions, anything he could answer for us and there was zero pressure, we were free to take our time and look at everything we wanted to see at our own pace without anyone hovering over our shoulder! Shawn also spent over an hour with us showing us how everything on our new motorhome worked, he was in no rush, you could tell he wanted us to be 100% comfortable with everything! Jeremy (Finance Manager) also was very down to earth and gave us all our options with no pressure and also offered to call us after hours so my husband could be on the call as well! Very considerate! Karen (Parts Department) was friendly and was also very helpful as well! You can tell that they enjoy their jobs, everyone has their role to play and they are all awesome at what they do, a well-oiled machine! :) Best experience ever and we highly recommend Fraserway, Cookstown! My wife and I rented a C-medium for a 10 day round trip from Vancouver to southwest Manitoba in June. It was a romantic adventure. The kitchen was great, bed convenient and comfortable, shower and bathroom excellent, generator convenient the one night we camped outside a campground. The equipment is deluxe and the service excellent.

Wonderful experience. I was a first time RV driver going into this. They were helpful every step of the way. The RV was clean and very nice on the inside, we went to Mikisew Provincial Park (about 2 hours north) with the RV! I had the Class C Large and it's great for 3 people.

Awesome experience with an RV we rent through Authentik Canada. The RV was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable, all was functional. Had some trouble with the fridge and shower, but the issue got fixed by Mr. Yans, supervisor at the Vancouver branch. We had an excellent customer service and felt appreciated. We would like to rent another vehicle for our next vacation with them. 24/7 support is important as well as the quality and we can't complain here!
