My family and I were on the search for a pre-owned bunkhouse model travel trailer and viewed several at different dealerships, and were coming out disappointed. We saw this great looking 2015 Jay Flight that had just made it online and we called right away and spoke to Rick, our sales person. He accommodated to meet us on a Sunday, when they aren't open, to show us the unit. Thumbs up to having the trailer very clean and presentable. Rick was fantastic through the entire process, as this was our first trailer purchase. Sicard handled the deal very professionally without a hitch, and we would certainly recommend anyone to this dealership for any RV needs. Thanks again to all involved! We recently purchase a used trailer from Sicard. Suzanne was great to work with and very knowledgeable. She took our questions away and found answers quickly. The sales and pick up process was excellent! Nicole took the time to explain everything fully so we felt confident in our new purchase. They even assisted with the hook-up etc. We now have the trailer at home and everything is clean and as it should be. We would recommend the entire team at Sicard for trailer purchases.

It's been 6 years since we bought our Jayco Eagle from Sicard. The first season we had a LOT of warranty issues but they were awesome about fixing them even though we were a 5 hour drive away (10 return). Even now we find the parts department and sales excellent to deal with. When we're ready for our next Jayco, we'll definitely buy from Sicard. We have friends who also have travelled a LONG distance to buy there 3 times as they've always been happy with their sales and service.

The staff, especially Kerry and Damond, were very friendly and helpful. Kerry showed the RV,s were wanted to see and gave us private time to think them over and make some decisions. When we finally decided to buy Damond was very helpful with the paper work. At no time were we pressured to make a decision, which we appreciated. We will recommend Sicard RV to our family and friends if they are looking to purchase an RV.
