My spouse and I purchased a Rockwood 30ft RV. I did one year worth of research to pick out a RV layout that I liked. McKenzie had it. I went up to buy it. I wrote them a cheque to buy it but they would not accept the cheque. It turned out that they wanted to take it to the RV trade show. I was not impressed with the manager behaviour. However, we ended up purchasing that RV after the trade show and we had mild|moderate service issues. The warranty coordinator(s) did their best to help us. We met one of their highly skilled service technicians by the name of Mark. He has been wonderful even up to the time of this post. High praises for those who assisted us. We are looking forward to more businesses with them. However we will be cautious.

My husband and I purchased our trailer from McKenzie at the RV show back in 2017, Wes our sales rep was freaking fantatsic, the rest of our experience with this dealership since then has been less then favourable. This review is a revision due to the hard work from Tina to finally get us our part that we have been waiting on for over a year. In all honesty she is the only one that has ever returned our phone calls and emails, I hope McKenzie is smart enough to keep an amazing employee like Tina to keep the service department on the right side from here on out!

Bought our new trailer with Jim. He is an outstanding sales person! They did not have the exact model we were looking for available, but Jim worked hard looking for options to get it from the manufacturer and showing other models. At the end we decided for a different model they had in stock. In order to help us make our decision, we were able to schedule a test to make sure our car would tow the trailer without a problem. They hooked up our car to the trailer and we went for a ride towing the trailer. Colleen from finance department made the entire purchase process easy. On our pickup day we had Jason preparing and showing all details about our new trailer. Quite paciente and very knowledgeable. He was great! We also had a huge help from Bill (Service Manager) with our door slider panel, he is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Made us feel at easy and welcome. Great people!

My Wife and I just recently purchased our first Trailer, a 2020 Rockwood Freedom 1940 LTD. From our first meeting with Craig Stevenson to the day we signed the ownership, our experience and overall impression with all the staff was very good. The Service staff were professional and took their time in showing us how to set it up, take it down and how to properly attach it to the hitch. We are now looking forward to our first outing next year!! Thank you McKenzie!
