Very happy with Penske. We rent some trailers from them long term as well as big and small trucks from time to time. Whenever we have any issues with billing or whatever (Hey, it happens), Penske has been quick to rectify them. When our trailer had a flat tire they got the emergency tech out to do the repair and get us back on the road in just an hour or two, and we never had to waste hours of time sitting on hold or haggling to get things taken care of. Penske's not as popular as Ryder in Canada, and their prices look higher up front, but when you actually look at the real costs long term and the higher standards of service both mechanical and office-wise, switching to Penske was a really good choice. My review might sound like an advertisement but I'm happy to back up a company that takes pride in its work and does its best for its customers. It is a rare thing in this industry. Thanks guys!
