This was my first visit to a CarQuest store after I had failed to find replacement wiper blades for my company vehicle at a local Canadian Tire. Yeah...I'm scratching my head about this too, but the staff at CT couldn't find the parts, and the online store kept recommending cheaper, non-Bosch parts, which was not what I was looking for. Back to CarQuest - The person helping me during this (very first) visit was relaxed and friendly. He quickly looked up my vehicle and recommended a pair of Trico branded parts (28'' driver and 18'' passenger with hook couplers) that were a snap to install. For the price, the wipers seem to be very comparable to the OEM part installed on my vehicle from the dealer, and (now that I rechecked online without recommendations for my vehicle) cheaper than the comparable, regularly priced, Bosch blades at Canadian Tire. CarQuest not having an online store is my only minor concern, but this is not enough for me to deduct a star. If I'm in doubt, I'll likely call first to check for availability before making a visit and purchase, which I'm sure to do in the near future.

On the phone service is great very helpful but when you go inside the store they take their sweet time helping you and without any urgency. To buy a part takes at least at least 15 mins from the time you walk in and put without any customers there. They need to improve their efficiency. Other customers have other appointments as well. also their hours of operation should be extended to at least 7 or 8pm for those that actually work 9-5 and can't get there on time because they close at 5pm 😂 3 star because of bad in person service and hours of operation

Great service so far for me. I called the place today for quotes he was kind and had no problem to tell me. Anyhow I found that the place was caring enough to answer questions and aid! The price of what I asked to quote again reasonable pricing here as well !! Check them out !

Great price and helpful staff... I needed bleeder screws for my Bimmer and called them about 10am Friday. No waiting time and gave me the price and stock availability. It’s a loony a piece while stealer charge $18 a piece. Went there after and picked up a bottle of DOT 3 brake fluid as well. Staff was knowledgeable to tell me BMW uses DOT 4. Regular price was $5.99 a bottle but in sale for $3.99, so I picked up 2 bottles. Most other items were cheaper than Can Tire and service was faster for its less crowded. Highly recommended!
