Needed some hard-to-find parts for my 28 year old Mazda truck. My usual mechanic was at a loss so I called up Japan Auto. I’m sure glad I did. The folks here are honest, straightforward, helpful, and—unlike many mechanics—seem to really give a damn about you and your car. In the end, Bruce made sure I got the right parts in a timely manner and didn’t bust the bank too badly. These guys are very busy and I can certainly see why. I like my current mechanic, but next time I have an issue, I’ll probably call Japan Auto.

Came here for 2013 Honda Fit. Needed a new engine. Called 2 other places and this shop gave me the best quote for the kilometres I was looking for. Always called me and gave me updates on what they were doing. Very professional and friendly people working here. Will be making this my primary car service shop from now on. Keep it up guys!

My AC was nonexistent. Found Japan Auto parts and Service on Google. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was told they would fix my AC. Kept me in the loop as the repair progressed and the issues at hand. They even brought in a electrical engineer to diagnose the problem. As promised they got the job done. Great service, fair price. Went in for an oil change today, staff were fast and efficient! Amazing service! They explain everything to you, fair and reasonably price! Highly recommend this place for all make of vehicles and services! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Awesome, Honest and Knowledgeable! I called a few weeks ago thinking that I needed a new engine and fortunately got a chance to speak to Bruce. He took the time to ask me and listen to what exactly I was experiencing with the car which led me to believe I needed a new engine. In his wisdom, he did not think this was an engine problem and he told me to double check with the diagnostic and get back to him with the codes. He was willing to help me even without ever having met me and even if I wasn't going to do business with his company. Thank God I listened to him because I took the car to Honda and all I needed was a battery and 3 software updates. Thank you Bruce for saving me a whole lot of time and money!!
