None of the staff were pushy and I felt comfortable finding the right car that met my needs and budget. They took their time and explained all of the paperwork to me, so I wasn't left with any surprises. I'm happy with my new car and am happy with my payments. I was very torn weather to purchase a Honda or a Toyota. After visiting Alberta Honda was very confident and comfortable with my decision to purchase the CRV. I can't say it enough, not just during my visits to test-drive but also months after my purchase they remain first class. The GM himself was introduced to me, kind, helpful, soft-spoken, a pleasure to deal with. He gave the go ahead on the final deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Shout out to my sales person Britney, you weren't lying when you said they treat everyone right, staff and customers alike!

I must say I am very pleased with the customer service at this dealership. I found the staff to be very considerate and understanding of my situation and what I was after. The management was very helpful and informed on the product line. It has been three months since we made our purchase and I have no regrets. Since I bought I have referred two colleges, one of which has also purchased. I dealt with Chris, the GM of this dealership personally and my experience was very positive. I will be back to this dealership when the time comes to purchase another vehicle!

I recently purchased a truck from Alberta Honda and I am honestly shocked to see so much hate going on about this dealership. The management was nothing but accommodating,caring and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I never felt victimized by ANY of the management teams there or any MALES. I even went there with my two daughters and never felt like they were sexist. There is always two sides of the story. This is definitely something that everyone should think about before judging,shaming,bullying and accusing this dealership. I was myself sent home from my job as a teacher because I was wearing blue jeans.I went home and got changed. Then went back to work. I had no problem in doing that because I had to respect my school/company policies. I also noticed that everyone is mentioning about the Interview and why no one said anything about her attire back then. Well if you are not hired yet, how can someone judge you by what you are wearing as you did not even start working back then? I will definitely recommend ANYONE to shop at Alberta Honda, because they are truly genuine,respectful and honest people. You will not regret it :) And I will definitely be back to your store for more business.

I JUST PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM ALBERTA HONDA AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. When I first stepped in, the staff were all welcoming and helpful. They all had a smile on their faces, so it made it easier to approach them to ask them questions. Eric (general sales manager), Chris (general manager), and Tony (finance) were extremely helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this dealership if you have to buy a vehicle. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!! I have bought cars from other dealerships but this dealership is extremely HONEST! All in all, the service was marvelous and once again I definitely recommend it.
