Everything was good except for the Bill. On the phone i asked much it would cost. I was told for my car $85 plus $3 something. But I paid Storage (Not sure what that means) $107 + 12.88 (SFC) + GST = $125. driving 850 m. I did not even know there was a SFC. My suggestion always ask for Total so there is no surprises.

I had dropped my motorcycle and had to have it towed to a shop. Dispatcher was professional, gave me an accurate quote for their service. The driver who came, Ben, was friendly, courteous, and professional, from loading the motorcycle, the drive, and offloading. I recommend this company especially for motorcycle towing, hopefully you get Ben as your driver.

Essa was the tow truck driver, from Aria Towing, that I dealt with. He was pleasant, professional and provided top level service in towing my car. He also showed great care in how he moved the car from the flatbed into my carport.

Overall good experience. A little late to show up. About an hour beyond quoted time so we waited just under 2hrs but whatever. Tow companies aren’t run on a perfect science. Otherwise the driver was nice and courteous. Made sure both our vehicle and us made it to the same place in good shape waited until we got there to get the car off the flatbed safely. Pricing was reasonable I think for flatbed and tow. If they got the timing the same as was quoted I would give 5 out of 5 stars. So for now it’s 4. But thats still a B+. I would still recommend them.
