Totally worth it. Price and service are excellent. We bought 4 tires for my SUV. Tony is an excellent salesperson! He ordered the tires right away, gave us a call when they arrived and at the moment of install them, (Plus he helped us with the security stud on the wheels!) they were super fast and punctual. I highly recommend Tony and Big O Tires.

Took my mom's SUV for snow tires. They provided 3 quotes and recommended which ones they use on their family member's vehicles. Tires came in on time and dropped her off at work nearby while they did the swap.

Huge 5 star review for J. Peterson Auto Centre, I'll never take my car anywhere else while living in Vancouver. I had an issue with my car for over a year and had taken it to multiple mechanics who gave me varying quotes but never seemed to be sure what was actually wrong with my car. They said they'd ''try'' to fix it and quoted me somewhere around $2000. I was recommended Big O Tires + J.Petersen Auto Center and I'm so happy I went. They were amazing at making me feel comfortable and took time looking at my car before telling me the diagnosis. They were sure of the issue and I trusted them. It turns out their diagnosis was right, I paid way less than I was quoted anywhere else and now my car is fixed! I immediately tested it on a 2 week trip through the Rockies and it has worked perfectly ever since, logging roads and all. Thanks so much for the service! I'm sure I'll be back :D

Great service, I drive from a long distance because it's very hard to find a truly honest shop who will work with your budget, explain everything and not try to upsell you...especially a woman knowing nothing about cars 😎 Wonderful guys, and the owner takes the time to visit with all his customers. PS you know a quality mechanic shop when they will work on ANY vehicle, regular cars, imports, even my right hand drive import that other shops wouldn't touch. Thanks guys!
