I know close to nothing when it comes to cars. I recently had my winter tires put on by my partner and I always thought it was normal for my car | steering wheel to vibrate more with winter tires because they are softer. I was wrong. Nick and his team are so great. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. Nick actually went to get me the centric rings my tires needed! AND I got a free retorque after 100km. Amazing service!!!!

This was my first time at this location for a tire change and I was very impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. My tires were done in an hour and they did a bunch of complimentary checks as well (and gave me a discount!). I would highly recommend this fountain tire location

Update: I was called by the regional general manager today and he expressed regret over my experience and offered me a refund on my service. I will leave what I wrote previously below for reference but will change my rating from 3 stars, I appreciate that they went out of their way to make it right. Original review: I called them up to try and book an appointment to get my winter tires put on my rims and installed on my car. They quoted me $130 on the phone, and I booked the appointment. I dropped off my car, the job got done fine but when I went and picked it up, I was told that the bill was $180! I told them that is not correct, that I was quoted $130 on the phone. He accepted my word for it, and then he still told me it was $157. I said how does $130 plus tax come out to $157? Only then do they disclose that they tack on another $10.40 ''shop supply'' fee. The attempt to charge me more than agreed upon and then still charging me more than agreed upon via a sneaky charge is underhanded and deceptive, and I would caution anyone who is considering dealing with them to make sure that they are clear on all fees that they have to pay before making a decision to proceed. I do not know if this is a standard industry practice or not, and would say to ask that of any tire shop you go to, but due to them not being up front about it, they have lost my future business.

They helped me out on my last trip to Vancouver. Friendly staff. They know their tires too. Can recommend good tires if you don't have a favorite brand. You can always rely on a fountain tire location throughout BC. Always watch for rebates. Some tire companies have rebates, especially during fall and winter.
