Wanted peace of mind on a car from a private seller and this was a great option as they showed up to the seller and can co-ordinate with them without me needing to be there. The sms link to the report straight after was great and clearly laid with with photos and colour-coordinated. Made it clear straight away whether the car was a good buy, confirmed by speaking with the mechanic. Doesn’t feel cheap as i may need to do it multiple times when looking at different cars to buy, although did save me thousands on immediate repairs in this case. Would be great if you can see the appointments available from the website, its a pain trying to get the times then ask the seller if that works, then call back again quickly to book it hoping it wasn’t taken and start again.

Called these guys for a pre purchase inspection as I was unsure about a car and wanted another set of eyes to check it over. They were able to fit me in a couple of hours later and I received a text message when the mechanic was on the way. The mechanic assigned (Waheed) was friendly, extremely thorough and found several faults that I wouldn't have found in a month of Sundays. He was able to explain the faults to me on the spot and followed up with a report including photos a couple of hours later. Overall a reasonable cost for a great service which probably saved me thousands in repairs. Really impressed and will definitely use them again.

What a great service! Waheed was very thorough, professional and I appreciated his honest feedback. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the mechanics of a car..he ensured every item on the list was checked off/inspected. He even filled up the windscreen wiper soap after inspecting the car, which was very nice of him! I would most definitely use their services again.

My mechanic showed up looking clean & professional asked what car & proceeded to go through it with a fine tooth comb. It took between 1-1.5 hrs which is awesome because he’s not rushing & when he was finished he let me know the outcome of his inspection. I’m definitely using InstaMek during my car search. If you’re looking to buy a car call these guys to have a look & inspect it before you buy it, it’s money WELL SPENT.

Excellent service from Mo who went the extra mile to get the car ready to ship overseas. I felt valued as a client and that's important. I got a detailed service report at the end. Pricing for extra labour involved in my case was fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.
