Ordered a part for my new vehicle. Price was cheaper than Amazon and arrived in one day. Staff were aware of the part I ordered and came out to make sure it actually fit my vehicle. The staff member was very helpful and even helped with installation before I left. I would highly recommend them for Auto Parts. Cheaper than Amazon, quicker than Amazon and significantly better customer service.

I ordered a headlight for my parents car. The headlight was delivered quickly as expected. Problem was I ordered the wrong bulb type and the assembly I ordered would not fit. I needed to return the product from Ontario all the way back to British Columbia. Mark the sales manager took care of everything. The courier was arranged quickly and brought their own way Bill. Refund was processed in a timely manner as well. Mark communicated with me the entire way. Do not hesitate to order from parts hub. They will take care of you and make it right. Thanks again Mark!

Update: The manager Peter contacted me shortly after i raised complaints via email and over the phone, needless to say he made everything right and explained it all, i wasn't upset at them but the lack of commutation originally but after peter explained everything to me it calmed my concerns and what not. very good communication skills coming from them and owning up to their systems current shortfalls and offering a solution that came at no extra cost to me made everything better. i ordered 4 parts for my lancer with these guys and it took them 2 weeks to even begin the shipping process, not only that but the shipment was split into two different packages and i was never notified, only way i found out was when i received one item at my door step and had to call to confirm, they said that the rest of my shipment would be in by the end of the week so i gladly waited. But by the end of the week when the ''Rest'' of my order arrived i was still one part short, understandably i was pretty fed up at the lack of communication and transparency at this point so i gave them a call, after explaining what was happening to the rep on the phone i was put on a roughly ten minute hold only to be told that the item i was ordered was out of stock!! i waited nearly 2 and half weeks just to be told sorry no stock.
