I came in for an oil change and had a very pleasant visit! The customer service I received from Art, Chan and Mike was amazing! They were all very kind and accommodating, offered me coffee and they made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. I received my oil change very quickly and they also checked the rest of my car and they changed my transmission fluid and topped off my washer fluid. Very helpful! They even went as far as bringing me a chair to sit in the sun while they work on my car. Thank you for such great service, I’ll definitely return back to this location in the future. :)

Rob the Manager at Mr Lube on Arbutus was so wonderful and helped me immensely today. I highly recommend him and this location for auto services. Rob helped with an issue with my coolant fluid and explained patiently everything I needed to know in a very professional manner. Rob is polite and reassuring, just what I needed! It was a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy but he encouraged me to come by and he would take care of me, very last minute. Cannot say enough good things about Rob and I will use their services from now on for my oil change or other needs. Thank you to for your help today Rob. Jackie

I had an issue with my tire indicator light going on.... Art greeted me right away and provided me a solution! Since their tire technician normally comes in at 1030am but there were other cars ahead of me already....he said that he will check all my tire pressure first and then decide if leaving the car for the tire technician to check further is even necessary....he was quick! Checked all tires and fixed it....my tire indicator is off and that’s it! Art is awesome! Saved me time and money! He didn’t charge me for that and he truly got my business in the future! Not so many places focus on providing good customer service! See you in November for my oil change! Thank you very much!

Best place to get your car serviced! Special thanks to Rob, his dealing was so professional and honest! It is because of him I have decided to get my car serviced at this very place going forward. We were offered Coffee while we were waiting in the car. No pushy tactics like jiffy lubes. I love this place and will always get my car serviced here going forward. Thanks again, Rob!
