This location brought in a pick-up truck for me on short notice and had it all full, clean, and ready to go when I arrived. Very nice service and very fair, which was a nice surprise after being duped by other car rental places in the past. They forgot to point out that there was a charge for extra kilometers when I picked up the truck, and they waived the fees when I arrived which was very kind, rather than saying ''well it's in the contract''. It was nice to not have to go to the airport to get a car and I will be using them as much as possible in the future.

After terrible experiences at the YVR airport rental car locations, this was fantastic. Price was exactly as affordably quoted online, fast and friendly service.

Rented at this location multiple tines (while they were still at Broadway). Never a single problem, car was always ready and good to go. Returns are simple as well. Couple of gas station nearby makes refueling an easy job.

We booked a 3 day rental through Costco and was initially worried given the online reviews. Fortunately we had a great experience so I felt compelled to write a review. Service was great and the pick up was quick and efficient. They even gave us an upgraded car and our drop off was also smooth (at YVR airport Avis). Would most definitely book again!

Awesome service from start to end! They upgraded me as going out on highway was a nice benefit, talked to gentleman bout trip and on return to the South African lady about her country nice. Car was clean and serviced well and best of all left my RayBan's in the truck... got a call that they had them for pick up. What a treat and so appreciated! Thanks again!!! Scott
