I have to say my experience with Velocity Cars was unexpected. In a good way. I unfortunately had a problem with the vehicle within the first week. Most used vehicle dealerships would say sorry we can't help you. Buyer beware etc. However, Louis, Andre, and Serge went above and beyond the call of duty to make everything right with the vehicle. The level of customer service I received was amazing. These guys are very passionate and enthusiastic about the vehicles they sell. And they didn't stop until I was 100% happy! WOW! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) vehicle.

Nice selection of cars and friendly staff. Cars are sold as-is, literally as when they arrive from Japan, no professional detailing job. I didn’t end up getting the car as we were not able to reach a deal. They didn’t seem whiling to fix some obvious problems with the car, or lower the price so I could get them fixed myself.

Went to go take a look here a little while ago and the employees were nice and polite and they had a great selection of cars it’s just that the cars have sitting out in the elements for so long without being touched. If you guys would take better care of them this place would be soooo much better I’m telling you. It would help you guys tremendously.
