After having the worst experience imaginable with International Motorsports, I was immediately impressed by the compassion and customer service at Carter Motorsports. I didn't have my bike for 3 months and the first thing the sales manager (Keenan) at Carter Motorsports did was offer to loan me a demo bike while I waited for my bike to be repaired. I commute to work on my bike so not having it was a huge inconvenience. I can't emphasize enough how my OWN DEALER (International), who I bought the bike from 6 months prior, didn't offer to do this or anything similar for me. Cosmo and Erik (in service) were super helpful and responsive regarding the repairs and progress on my motorcycle. They even checked in after I picked it up to see how everything was going. It was a night and day difference from how I was treated at International. I highly recommend Carter Motorsports and their amazing team to anyone who needs a motorcycle or motorcycle repairs in Vancouver.

Good Customer service. Smooth transition. Mike LaFontaine was a pleasure to deal. I would recommend him and Carter Motorsports to anyone looking for a new or used bike.

Brought my scooter in for a tire change front and back and new brakes. A week later my front tire was flat. Àfter bringing it back twice over a two week period without a solution, they said it was most likely the rim and wanted to quote me for a new one. Feeling like it was not my rim, I had a friend look at it and within five minutes discovered that it was a leaky valve..which they had installed with the new tire. My friend fixed it quickly. Could have saved my time and their time if their techs checked this in the first place. When I told them this, I didn't even get an acknowledgment of their mistake or an apology for my time spent dealing with this, which is really the worst part. I feel they never tested to see what the issue was but instead guessed what the issue might be...at what would have been my expense for a new rim. Dissapointed as this was my first time using Carter Honda. Mistakes happen. Hopefully a better experience next time. They did perform a flush of my brake lines for free when doing the brakes though, which was a nice surprise and well appreciated!

Went into this motorcycle dealership to look at the Honda NC750 DCT yesterday and met with their salesman Joel Bauman. Wow, what a pleasent fellow who spent much time going through the whole bike and providing me with all the information I was seeking. I truly felt that Joel wanted me to be really comfortable with this model and felt his genuine desire to not upsell or push me into something that would not suite me. I have been in sales for 30 years and rarely do find true customer oriented sales people. Thank you to Joel for providing me such wonderful warm service. I feel that Carter Motorsports really have a great salesman on board . Hoping to be back soon after my back surgery.

Always happy with the service here. Great help with any questions and the staff is willing to take the time to get you what you need. Tons of products and gear to choose from. Only downside here is that most of their products on the floor don't show the price so you have to ask the staff for price on everything. Not terrible but kind of annoying when you're shopping for new gear and have to constantly ask for each item. This is also a great place for used bikes and the selection is always changing.
