Definitely on of the best places in the North Vancouver region to get your car repaired/serviced. I came across this amazing place a year ago and have been a regular customer since. Employees are super professional and they do an amazing job every time. The best part is that these guys will give you an honest diagnosis of your car rather than trying to up-sell like every other place. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of automotive related service.

So long story short, on Monday we call in saying we're going on a roadtrip Wednesday but heard something weird with our brakes and wanted to get them looked at. Turns outh that they're booked up, but given the urgency of our request they tell us to bring in the car and they'll make a special exception for us and work on it in the morning. That alone would have warranted a great review. But then we found out we needed both our front AND back breaks replaced so we thought for sure we wouldn't be able to do our roadtrip. But, they were so awesome at taking our request, got the car done that Tuesday, and back to us the same day. Amazing. Never seen a mechanic have that fast of a turnaround time for a job that big on such short notice. The price was also great, I thought it would cost far more than it did. Their service was awesome, they were super friendly, didn't try to upsell us anything, and explained everything really clearly to us. Highly recommend their services, they're definitely my go to mechanic. They even washed our car!! 🤩

Excellent service, great work and fair pricing. As a newcomer is hard to get use to mundane stuff like car maintenance in a new city, but DeRosa Auto team made me feel like family since the beginning. They communicate everything you have to know in a clear and friendly way, giving you updates while your car is in the shop and following up post-service. I have never had issues with my car and feel confident driving far away because they check the car as a whole and not just the part they are fixing. I always leave with the sensation I should be paying more for maintenance/repair and that’s not something I experience often in Vancouver lol.
