They do their best to book you in for service as quickly as possible and no matter how small or large the job is, they always make you feel that you are an important customer. I have been going to New Way for a few years and find them very honest and reliable. I try my best to schedule regular maintenances, but there have been times when life got in the way and I forget to take care of the car. When unexpected circumstances arise, Peter has always been so accommodating and helpful. He has been my saving grace a couple times and I truly appreciate it. I cannot recommend this place enough (and I have been through the years to friends who are remotely close by). Down-to-earth mechanics are few and far between now a days, especially during this pandemic.

I would highly recommend New Way Automotive! I had an immediate problem with my car on my way to work. I called New Way Automotive to see if they could get me in right away. Once at the shop they were quick and honest about what they thought the issue might be and kept me updated as they found out what the problem actually was. They gave me a full break down of what was going on and the cost. I was at the shop for under 2 hours and was on my way with a functioning car. They really proved that even with the current COVID pandemic great customer service is still a priority, and that extra effort really goes a long way. If I’m ever in Burnaby again with car issues I know who I’m going to see.

I had to leave a review, for this company, after the shop owner came to our rescue with a concern. On Thursday, Mar.26/20, my wife & I were in the Lower Mainland for a family funeral and our vehicle started clunking , coming to a stop! Peter said to bring it right in, and they would have a look. Well, after a look see, he informed us of the cause and assured us that we were okay to travel! I would be very comfortable recommending Peter, and this shop to anyone! Thank you, again, Peter & crew!

I’m driving from Kelowna to Vancouver and I blew a spark plug out of my engine on the highway. I googled mechanic shops and New Way Auto came up. It had great reviews. Peter and his crew did not disappoint! Top notch! I was back in the road in no time! Thanks guys
