I chose Vital because of the fantastic reviews here and they definitely lived up to them! My car was threatening to stall while idling and there was an issue with the battery as well. Allan was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the solutions he was trying. He correctly identified that it was the alternator that was causing both issues and replaced it at a reasonable price, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this shop!

Allan is a really good communicator. Big customer service skills. He was patient and explaining me everything about my car. You can trust him. He is good at his job. He even seems passionate, and above that, he saved me 500$+ from what the Honda auto dealer was about to bill me if I would have chosen them after the mechanical inspection.
