This 5 Review is 100% for the Very nice lady at the front desk, I came in and complained yesterday that the washer fluid was Low/ empty when I received the car and she personally came outside and filled it for me (took 2 full 2L Jugs). However when I was extending my Loaner (at the same time) for another week she did require some help from a fellow staff member a tall gentleman named Ben (I believe) he however needs to work on not talking down to staff when they are unsure of a procedure or have a question. As my situation at the time was taking the loaner off the dealership and I would be covering the rest. (After speaking with the dealership they will be continuing to pay for my loaner).

I've rented from this location several times over the past few years, just for personal use, not because of a car insurance claim. The staff are genuinely nice people who go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. It seems like great customer service is built right into the business model. The pick up and drop off service is fantastic. The staff are always smiling even though they work long busy hours. The cars are always clean and in great shape, and if you watch for times where demand is lower such as weekends, you can get great rates. Thanks!
