Very unprofessional service I understand that we should support the local business but this is beyond my comprehension. I booked my first winter tire change appointment on 3rd November for 2:30 pm. I received a call from them around 11 am that their tire changing machine just broke down and can’t complete my tire change. Understandable, and I moved my appointment on 10th November. I dropped my car in the morning at 11 with my winter tires. To my surprise, I received a call at 12 noon that they can’t do my job at the rate quoted because my tires are different than what they expected to be. Now they asked for $130 against my previous quote of $85. My questions are: Why didn’t they check my tires when I dropped my car? Is it professional to ask for more money when it’s your fault? P.S my tires are nothing special and I was able to get the job done at $119 with other tire shop. Thanks Vijay for reaching out to me and accepting the truth. I am increasing the rating based on the telephonic discussion with you. I hope this incident will help you improve your already good reputation.

Vijay and his team, Richard and Steve are wonderful and down-to-earth. I've been going to them for many years for an older Honda civic and they're always reliable and dependable. I feel very good about trusting these guys with my car, they're very transparent and honest :)

Excellent service for safety inspection. Richard was great with his customer service. Let me sit there and get some work done on my laptop while I waited. I just moved to Milton and these gents will be my go to place!
