I took my car here for an estimate and I was helped by Konlee. I was extremely happy with the service at fix auto. Konlee was an amazing help he walked me through everything that was going to effect my estimate. He has also continued to help me deal with my insurance company and made my life a whole lot easier. I was helped by Dylan while dealing with repairing damage from a collision with a deer. Dylan was knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He finished the work ahead of schedule and was even kind enough to wait after hours for pickup before the long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs. Whether it’s allowing me to come by and check on progress/pickup items left in the vehicle, always being available for questions or concerns, and helping make the process as smooth as possible! My experience was exceptional. They took the time to explain several options, answer the many questions that I had, and kept me informed with the progress of my repairs. I am very happy with the customer service and results of my vehicle being fixed through this shop. I was kept up to date with everything throughout the process. They were absolutely incredible. My van was waaay to expensive to fix and they were up front and honest. They even gave me a week and a half to find a salvage place to get it towed out. No pressure to spend any money. I even asked about another vehicles check engine code and gave me options to check before suggesting to bring it in.
