Now that I found where Quality Automotive has moved to, I won't be going anywhere else. My brother and Dad each have gone to Osama for car work/maintenance. I was going to him when he was still located in Bells Corners and I didn't realize they had relocated and not actually closed. I have never had anything but positive experiences with Osama and his staff, they are all kind and friendly people. They treat me with respect and I do not feel like they try to take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and know little about cars - they're honest and professional. The customer service is always above and beyond and I feel fortunate enough to have found where you guys have moved to! Thanks Osama!!
