When another company didn’t want my business, within an hour, from first telephone call - to pick up. I was on the road. The employees were very accommodating, polite, and courteous. It was busy, as the last long weekend of summer, but the employees still kept a great demeanour. The gentlemen who put me in the vehicle was very thorough, and gave me all the details I needed in what is damage to the vehicle and things that are wear and tear. Peace of mind all around. They accepted both credit and debit cards. All around good company, I will always choose Enterprise for a rental in the future.

Would like to say thank you to broody at the N.E location, he is honestly the best manager I have met or dealt with. I have been there for a few months now and he is so understanding and acutally has a heart and cares for people going through hard times. Gave me an amazing rate, but not only that his customer service overall is amazing. Big shout out to you sir and congrats on becoming a manager well deserved. Must ask for him when you go there believe me you will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with the service here. They were quick and attentive at this location especially Swarandeep who helped me drop off the car and check out. He also dropped me off at the body shop where I had to pick up my car. Exceptional service and will be going back there when I need a rental
