Really, this place was an excellent option, we were checking many options around Calgary, although the customer service didn't have good reviews, until we checked this one with my husband. We noticed the customer service was amazing, and to be fair, IT IS EXCELLENT, it is my first time having my on car, and the employees working there guided me on everything I concerned, the car is excellent now, they changed the filters, remplace water, fix some electrical issues, etc etc etc... my car is now perfect. Thank you very much, and I recommend this place, my husband loved it, because you guys were so nice with me at explaining everthing. Thank you!!!! see you later. Erika and Michael

So great. I recommend this garage mainly because they treat you with respect! I had a problem years ago that that Brian could have totally taken advantage of me with but he ended up sendine to the dealership on my warranty that I had the no idea was still good. I used Brian with the wife's car and repair was quick and clear. Very professional and helpful. I recommend!

I don't have a high level of knowledge when it comes to car parts and repairs so I am forced to place a lot of trust in mechanics. I went to Thorncliffe because they are nearby, but I went back because they have good, friendly and professional service at a fair price. Twice now, the repairs and replacements I received were less than I expected. I believe that they take pride in what they do and that they will only do what is necessary to extend the life of my vehicle and keep it safe. I don't feel stressed out when I leave my car there. They communicate clearly about what is needed, they do it and they don't bankrupt me in the process.

This was my first time at Thorncliffe Auto Repair and I most certainly will be back! The service was excellent and the prices very reasonable. From the time I booked the appointment to when I picked my car up, the staff was very personable, professional and courteous. I felt welcomed and comfortable and certainly appreciated their attention to detail, especially when they sanitized my keys before returning them to me! Keep up the good work!
