The guys there know about cars. They found some issues in my car although they will try to sell services that doesn't really need to be done right away. That's not the kind of mechanic I'm looking for. They asked $3000 to change a battery that is still running good, change 2 balls joints and replace suspension spring. I took to another place and get everything done except the battery for $500 CAD.

I brought my car into Southwest Auto in a condition which can best be described as ''trap Jigsaw would use to punish his victims in SAW.'' The mechanics at SW Auto were professional, kind, and gave me a detailed explanation of everything which was wrong with my vehicle. Two days later I had my car back, and in better condition than when I initially purchased it! I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone experiencing car troubles! Just don't wait as long as I did to get things fixed! 😅😅

It was my first time going to a mechanic, and they made the process very easy and made me feel very at ease! They were really nice and helpful when I had questions. They said the car would be ready friday and I said I really needed it Thursday, and they bent over backwards to make sure it was ready when I needed it. My mom's been going there for a while and she's always happy. Will definitely continue going here.

The team at Southwest Auto were able to get my vehicle in on the day that I contacted them. Jordy was super clear and professional on what work needed to be done, what was necessary and what was optional/could be done at a later date. The quote that the team gave me was really accurate compared to the final bill. The quality of the work as well as the quality of service was spot on, Kevin and all the team are friendly and professional, all round great dudes. definitely recommend them and their work.
