Lakeview Automotive service & performance - ROUSH Authorized

I have taken my '03 Mustang Mach 1 to Lakeview several times over the years when Fred owned the business. Hadn't been there since they moved to their new, larger location, but the work is always very professional and thoroughly completed. This time around I was very pleased with the outstanding service the team provided. There was a parking brake sensor that needed adjusting after the rear calipers were replaced and the front wheels required balancing due to weights falling off during the inner tie rod repair. I called shortly after I picked up the car in the morning to inform them of the deficiencies and that I would bring the car back in a couple of days to fix. Instead they offered to meet me at work to pick up the car from me to correct that day and then returned the car back to my work later that evening. That is by far the best customer service I've received from a mechanic shop ever! I'm the original owner of the car and will be back soon as I am looking to fully restore the car to new. I needed a custom exhaust set up and custom install for my 2015 Mustang GT. I wasn't happy with the typical ones on the market. They pretty much all sound the same. I was looking for something that would be a unique sound. The guys at Lakeview took the time to listen to my needs and built a amazing exhaust in a couple of days. I personally think I have the best sounding Mustang GT in Calgary. Thanks to Mich and the team for all you hard work. PS they changed my oil as well. If you want an amazing sounding Mustang. They are the place to go.

UPDATE: October 25, 2020. After our previous post, we received a call directly from the owner. He apologized and explained that he has taken over the front of the house and how clients' feedback is very important to him to ensure a good customer service. The owner has also provided a very amicable solution to our current transmission issues, even going as far as offering an additional warranty for no cost to us. Unfortunate that we had the original communication issues but he has really stepped up and offered good advice and help. We are appreciative of the honestly and integrity the owner Peter has shown! ORIGINAL REVIEW:We brought our Subaru in for diagnostics on some transmission issues based on several recommendations. One star rating because of a lack of communication and follow up. The service recommended was completed and it did not resolve the issues and the shop promised a quote for transmission replacement /retrofit that we never received or got a call to discuss. At each service appointment, we never received calls of progress or when the car was ready for pick up, we had to call to inquire. We are now signed up for email reminders for general service to which we never consented to........Lots of promises.....no follow up

The guys here are awesome. I’ve had some headaches with my Subaru and Max has been there to help me every step of the way. Took a while to get in for an appointment, but I’m happy I waited. They also gave me a loaner car for 5 days. Thanks for everything guys

I had a great experience getting my 65 Mustang worked in. I needed to get a new exhaust install done as well as a tune up. They were able to do the full exhaust in a timely manner doing a quality job as well as getting the car running nicely. They noticed the engine needed to be re sealed on the bottom end as the car had been sitting. They were able to take care of that for me as well while they had the car. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship and good value on pricing. I will definitely be going back in the future.
