I took my son's 1991 4Runner to another shop (Kal Tire) have a wheel alignment done since we had installed some new front end components. The Kal Tire shop said they couldn't do it (after telling me they could). My neighbour recommend South Pro. The 4Runner was pretty out of whack but South Pro didn't bat an eye. The 4Runner drives amazingly well,the staff were very friendly, honest and thurouh. It took them a while to get it right (3 times on the rack and numerous road tests) but it was done properly. I'm never going anywhere else.

I came to South Pro based on reviews online. My Audi SUV had loud clunking sound coming from the front wheels. The Audi dealership charged me over $1,000 to replace the sway bar that didn't even solve the problem. South Pro was able to correctly diagnose the issue (damaged sway bar links) and had my car repaired on the same day at a very reasonable cost. Ryan, the manager that handled my repair, was very professional and transparent in explaining the repair. I will take my car here in the future. Thank you again!

Probably the most honest auto repair shop I've ever known. They do not try to upsell you, they do explain the diff from cheaper parts options to better parts. You get what you pay for. They are fast and friendly.

Was on a road trip from Ontario and brought my car for an oil change. Observed the interactions in the front office between staff and customers and got a feeling that these guys do solid, honest work. They even topped off my washer fluid! Would definitely make these guys my regular shop if I lived here.

excellent customer attention, reasonable price and honest shop. Had a repair estimate from Canadian Tire(only place I knew) and talking with friends they recommended me this place. They review CT finding and said to their eyes/expertise some of the findings were not really needed
