I recently decided to make the big move into a van for my family. I had heard about Colin at Ninja and the amazing service he had provided to others. I told him all my wants and needs and the fact I had a week to find it. He was right in it. He was wonderful with his honest feedback, he even looked at my insurance claim to make sure I was getting all the money I deserved. A week later I am in my perfect van. It has literally everything I asked for and I 100% could not have found this on my own. Not only did they find me the van but they also arranged for me to get financing through one of their associate's, who got all my documents prepared so I could get everything done within my lunch hour. First, Colin was provided with our desire in terms of budget, timing and type of vehicle. Secondly, he immediately went to work and began providing viable options the following day. He also had to battle against our gun-shy mentality as a result of 2 recent experiences with other sellers that proved both costly and very tramatic. He capably earned our confidence and trust and allowed us to make a qualified decision on a vehicle. It was effortless, smooth and professional.

Colin , the dealer is nice Guy , excellent services, very helpful and He gave me nice car too. But , The finance department Mr X , charged me /hidden/ non disclosure fee around 1500 CAD . Which means 19% of the purchase price. I suppose to pay 500 for documents preparation, I am still confuse for what and why I paid a lot . Even, the interest rate was high; 6.5 % .
