Had my first Subaru 2020 Outback from Billy He at Scarborough Subaru. The price negotiation is smooth and he is helpful in getting a good price for me. I also got the chance to meet the owner of the dealership during negotiation process and he was willing to take a step back on his price after the negotiation. On the delivery date, Billy had everything prepared and went through the documents carefully with me. The overall experience at Scarborough Subaru is positive. I've been going here for over 20 years. I'm on my 3rd car with them, all bought with Jose's invaluable help. I like Subarus. I love this dealership. I don't know a lot about cars. I do know that I want to like driving my car and that I don't want to worry about my car. These guys make that happen. They make the car ownership experience better. Well done.

My 2006 Subaru Forester will not start at times, and when the key is turned there is a hissing noise. The technician tested the battery and it is fine. The reason is that the car was not in Park all the way. The dealer did not charge me anything for it.

Honestly the staff here are amazing. Shout out to John for making the whole process so easy and straightforward and for thinking of things that I even forgot to do! Very pleased and happy with the service from this location. Also didn't ever feel pressured with the upsells or anything- which is very different from some of my other experiences at other car dealerships.Thanks Again!!
