I called A1 when my VW Golf 2014 alternator had issues. The dealer was trying to sell me a new one which cost 3x more. A1 has experienced licensed mechanics that used to work at big dealerships. They confirmed the issue and order the part asap. It was installed immediately. Overall it was a pleasant experience. It has been 6 weeks now and it's running great. I started getting my car serviced few years back. the first time I visited I felt that I can trust them to do a good job with my car and they have never disappointed. I went there last minute on a Friday night I needed a car battery. I called right before their closing and they were willing to stay open and help me out. They had a battery ready when I got there. I really appreciate the customer service. They went above and beyond. Thank you
