Alex and Douglas at the front desk were very helpful - was in and out for a rear bulb change in about half an hour. Honest and fair dealing, they waived the labour charge so I only had to pay for the bulb. They suggested some additional service but were not pushy about it. Definitely gave an impression of caring about people. I like these guys.

This is my favourite shop in the city, the staff really understand the meaning of customer service and making their customers seem valued. Not only are you greeted with respect as a paying client but the customer representatives take the time to listen and schedule according to mechanical severity. The guys at this shop always make sure I am taken care of in a timely manager or they make comfortable arrangements so I am never left stranded. I appreciate the employees at this shop for always taking care of my Jeep Wrangler.
