I really enjoyed my experience with this company. They are very professional and explained everything in detail. (I am not an expert on cars by any means, but I really appreciate when mechanics teach me a bit about what they've done.) They resolved all of my issues at a fair price and treated me with respect. I have used Lucas 3 times now, once for a clutch replacement, once for a wheel bearing and ball joint replacement and alignment, and once after a small accident, which just turned out to be cosmetic so they gave me a referral to a body shop. I have always found Greg to be friendly and honest, and their work to be top notch. Pricing seems fair, and although they are usually busy, they still get the work done quickly in my experience. I have found my go-to mechanics in this area, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or neighbor. UPDATE 6 years later and Lucas has been the only place we take our cars. Greg, George, and the rest of the staff have treated us like family and I have never once left feeling overcharged, underserved, or otherwise disappointed.
