(Français plus bas) All around a great garage, - Super professional and courteous, I had a great experience there. All the staff was extremely nice and took the time to explain well what the issues were. Right away, from the first call, they made me feel like I was in good hands and took extra time to listen to everything. - The price was very good for the service and the parts. - I called and the next day had my appointment. Brought in my car at 9am, and everything (thorough inspection, front brakes changed, rear brakes cleaned, oil changed and filters changed) was done before 2pm. - I did not feel pressured whatsoever to do additional work on the car. Certain things did not seem too ''important'' to me and they accepted it with no arguing. - The only surprise I had when came the moment to pay was that given that it took them less time than expected, it was less expensive than anticipated! :) Overall I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance on my car. Un excellent garage sur tous les points, - Super professionnel et courtois, j'y ai passé une très bonne expérience. Tout le personnel était extrêmement gentil et a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer quels étaient les problèmes. Dès le premier appel, ils m'ont donné l'impression que j’étais entre de bonnes mains et ont pris le temps de bien écouter tout ce qui m’inquiétait. - Le prix était très bon pour le service et les pièces. - J'ai appelé et le lendemain j'ai eu mon rendez-vous. J'ai amené ma voiture à 9 heures du matin et tout (inspection minutieuse, les freins avant changés, les freins arrière nettoyés, l'huile changée et les filtres changés) a été fait avant 14 heures. - Je ne me suis pas sentie obligée d'effectuer des travaux supplémentaires sur la voiture. Certaines choses ne me paraissaient pas trop « importantes » et ils l'ont accepté sans argumenter. - La seule surprise que j'ai eue au moment de payer, c'est qu'étant donné que cela leur a pris moins de temps qu'anticipé, c'était moins cher que prévu! :) Dans l'ensemble, je suis extrêmement satisfaite et je reviendrai à coup sûr pour l'entretien futur de ma voiture.
