Excellent day cruise, beautiful views and the guide entertained us with history/geography/regional specialties. A lunch stop at a small village, I would recommend bringing your own lunch and eating it on the cliff (2 mins walk from the peer) with a magnificent view on the fjord

We took the seven-hour cruise from La Baie last Sunday. From booking over the phone (would be great if the client can reserve online), to the friendly welcome at the pier, to the non-stop guiding on the ship, it deserves a five star! Even the most of the crew don't speak much English, the company sent a bilingual lady to supervise during the entire cruise. The guide Louis Fréchette was once an English teacher in Saguanay. He gave a bilingual tour when he saw there were a few anglophone tourists. I've learnt quite some from his talks, even though at times I fell asleep and missed some of the guiding. He was well prepared. It is a bit sad to see no one leave a tip for his service (not even us because I forgot to bring the cash). During this difficult time during COVID-19, they did an excellent job! We've enjoyed our time on the aboard! Hope the big cruises will return to the fjord soon, next year!
