RVR adjusted their cancellation policy to help out those impacted from the covid-19 pandemic. Instead of me losing a portion of the deposit as stated in their previous cancellation policy, they made it so those who cancel within 2 days of departure gets 100% of their deposit back. Thank you so much for the thoughtful change! I will definitely be booking through you guys as soon as this is all behind us. Take care!

We had an excellent experience with this company right from the initial contact to drop off of the RV! Nancy and Donnie were both a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating of our needs. Other companies we researched were not willing to do an off-site drop off but RVR were able to and at a very fair rate in my opinion. This allowed us to expand the distance we could cover since we didn't have to drive the unit back to Kelowna, Donnie met us right at the Vancouver airport departures area, meaning we could roll our bags off the RV and roll right into the airport, so convenient! He also picked us up at the Kelowna airport, which was SO appreciated! The RV itself was a 2014 model and has been well used and showed it's age and use in terms of interior upholstery and outside paint but clearly very well maintained, it was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should and this unit was an awesome home base for our BC adventure! Don't hesitate to book with these good folks!

Helpful, flexible and very nice people. RV in excellent shape and condition. Easy to reach from Kelowna Airport( 6 Min. by car). We would rent again. Highly recommended. Thank you !

Donny and Nancy were very accommodating and were able to get a unit ready for us on short notice. Very friendly! The unit we rented was older but clean and well set up. We were very happy with our experience!

Our Moho adventure was fun and was a first time experience for us. PROS - Nancy and Donny were attentive to our questions when booking the RV. When things went wrong (blown tire, short time with no heat or electricity), Donny got help to us asap and then followed up to make sure we were taken care of. The unit (29') was plenty big enough and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was roomy and all of our needs were taken care of. It came with all the kitchen supplies needed. Overall, the RV met our needs, when everything was working right. CONS - We were told the unit was a ''few years old'' but it was actually 12 years old. Although it was clean, the carpet/upholstery was not and many things in this unit need repair. We provided a list to Donny and I'm sure he will look after them moving forward. OVERALL - Good company to deal with. If we ever rent an RV again, I would ask how old the specific unit that we'd be getting is. I know RVR Kelowna has much newer units. Renters should be charged accordingly.
