Lovely place !!!! Been here so many times and is still my #1 fall | winter place to spend a quite weekend. The restaurants and bar inside are super too!

If you want to be at the heart of everthing that is Quebec stay at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Great fun, food, history and world class staff. Just off the door step of this historic hotel is the feel of france yet at home in Canada, Quebec. Citizens are warm and welcoming, no language issues what so ever. Did I mention the food? Amazing!! Beautiful streets with endless historical buiding and streets as far as the eye can see. I will go back again, and experience Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in her different seasons for maxuim effect. Just enjoy :)

Myself and my fiancee had our wedding cancelled due to COVID-19, so we decided to treat ourselves for a dinner at the Champlain restaurant in the Fairmont. At first, they had no reservations available as the restaurant was fully booked, but the staff went out of their way to call us once a table became available a few hours later. Upon arrival, we were treated with complete 5* service. Our host (Johnathan) was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our host (Cassandra) did everything she could to ensure our dinner was special. Cassandra even gave us a quick tour of the wine room where we were allowed to sample a local Gin and some luxurious caviar. Because of Cassandra, Johnathan and the rest of the hotel team, it was an amazing night with fantastic food and impeccable service. I cannot recommend the Champlain restaurant and the Fairmont enough. It is a beautiful place with incredible people. Thank you for making our night so wonderful. 5*

We’ve stayed at many Fairmont hotels around the world and this is now one of my favourites! The service was very friendly and we appreciated that they all wore masks (we’re still in the midst of covid but a lot of the general population seems to forget that). It’s not the largest Fairmont but it’s cozy and the decor is gorgeous. The little bar in the back had great service as well and felt like home. We can’t wait to come back! Plus the location is perfect... so many restaurants and views just outside your door!

We had a great stay and felt like home! The location is absolutely stunning, in the monumental Chateau Frontenac, surrounded by the walls of the old citadel. You can see the Old Port and the rest of the city. Wonderful! Staff was friendly, room service was great.
