Excellent sales and customer service from Jeff McGarry. We purchased a 2021 Legend 16XTR in August. Jeff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Guided us through our very first new boat purchase. He spent over an hour with us on the day of pick up to go over every aspect of the boat. And having had it out on the water we know we made the right choice.

I would like to provide the highest praise to Myles for helping me and my family with the purchase of our very first boat. I am a new boater and wasn't planning to purchase anything this year but when Covid hit, we realized vacations won't be happening for a while so I decided to purchase a pontoon instead for the family to enjoy the summer locally. I asked around from friends that owned boats and got a few recommendations. Myles was referred to me from a friend of mine that purchased from him. From the first phone call I could tell Myles was our guy. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond and just overall a great guy. I can't say enough good things about him. He arranged to have our new boat delivered straight to the marina and even took some time to show me around the boat. I had A LOT of questions being a new boater and Myles never made me feel like I was bothering him. He is always quick to respond even on the weekends. We had a few minor issues with the boat at delivery that were out of Myles' control and he quickly ensured everything would be rectified immediately. As a salesperson myself I have higher standards than most people would and Myles not only met my expectations but he exceeded them. This is definitely not my only boat purchase as I am now hooked on boating. I can't imagine buying a boat from anyone else in the future other than Myles. If you are nervous to boating and you are new to this world like I was, do yourself a favour and book a meeting with Myles at his showroom. Myles gave me the confidence I needed to pull the trigger and purchase a new pontoon. I'm so glad that he did. This weekend we had our first father's day on the water with my family in our new pontoon and it was an incredible day filled with memories that will last us a lifetime. You aren't really buying a boat, you are buying a lifetime of memories. Thank you Myles for making our transaction a seamless and enjoyable one!

It's not very well identified inside, but once the staff is helping you, it's a really great place to be. The staff went out of the way to help me. Unfortunately, I didn't have the piece so they couldn't match it. Lesson learned on my part. I'm looking forward to going back with all the right pieces this time.

I just want to say a big shout out for Myles West who assisted my husband and I in purchasing a beautiful little fishing boat yesterday. We have bought and owned many boats in our past 33 years and the service we got from Myles from the first phone call to the paperwork being written up were exceptional. We look forward to dealing with Myles from this point on for any of our boat purchases and cannot say enough about his great sense of humour, knowledge of boats and his willingness to go the extra mile.
