Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Been there for parts and supplies on a few occasions, good range of inventory and prices. Had an issue rewiring my batteries and they looked after me right away, no charge for the advice (even though I bought my trailer elsewhere!) Byron and Dale Fitzgerald. Stittsville.

We initially spoke by phone to Steve in Sales and received a lot of his time with answers to many questions and technical queries. Steve was never too busy to speak to us and was willing to answer any further questions that we might have, even though he knew we lived 6 hours away and would probably not purchase through him. We did not know anything about VOS Trailers, but based on Steve’s friendly and helpful responses, we decided to make the 6 hour drive to Stittsville to purchase our trailer. When we arrived, the Sales, Parts and Service departments all worked together to help us in any way they could. Everyone was as helpful as Steve. They were able to show us the trailer, complete the purchase transaction, thoroughly clean and inspect the trailer, demonstrate the trailer features in detail, answer all of our many questions, help us connect the trailer to our car, work with us to purchase any additional parts and products, and have us leave for home within the same day. Through all this, we did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase, and we left very happy with our new Helio O4. The 6 hour drive from home was well worth our purchase experience. Now that we are back home with our trailer, Steve is still very helpful and taking the time to answer some new questions related to other trailer products that I am looking at. I would highly recommend VOS Trailers to anyone interested in looking for a trailer.
