We just bought our first used camper trailer from Open Roads RV- great end of season price and good service! Our salesman was Jason-very helpful & upfront. We appreciated his no pressure approach and he even threw in some pretty awesome freebies to get us all setup! Can't speak to how the trailer holds up until spring but buying from open roads was overall a really good experience

Buying our first RV Trailer was a great experience with Open Roads RV. We are new to ''RV life'' and although I suspected it would feel intimidating to walk into a dealership, it didn't at all. Our sales person Darren was a genuine guy, and was easy to talk to. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't pretend ... he spoke with the team and got one for us. Negotiations all felt reasonable with no ''high pressure'' at all. We are so excited with our purchase and look forward to many wonderful family experiences in it. Big thanks to the whole team - Darren, Jason, Frank, Tom and Don!

Jim Nolan & Don Baldwin are some of the classiest / professional guys you'll ever meet. Do yourselves a favour and buy your next rv from them. We had to learn that the hard way, having been to nearly all other places from Ottawa to Montreal while shopping and coming up short with either pressure sales or misleading nonsense. Hands down the best place we've been so far!! Thanks again Gentlemen!

We bought a trailer from Jason and Don at Stittsville Trailer last week and we are so pleased with our purchased! The service was wonderful and the expertise was top notch. Jason ensured the trailer would work for our vehicle and checked to ensure there was enough capacity to not just pull the trailer but also ensure it could allow for supplies and goods required for camping. Something I would have never thought of!! Great services, great guy! Highly recommend.
