We recently searched and visited many RV places and Primo was by far our favorite. David Boyd was our sales rep from the beginning and he provided excellent customer service. When we arrived he had all of the trailers opened up and ready for viewing. He was very detailed and was great from beginning to end until the trailer was in our possession. We highly recommend Primo.

Primo Trailer Sales really helped me when I was in trouble. I needed to quickly find a class 3 or higher grade hitch receiver for my Sienna. I called many places trying to find the missing part myself with no success. Then I called Primo Trailer Sales; I explained my situation. They went out of their way in order to find me a solution. When they called me back letting me know that the missing part will be in their shop the next day, I felt a great deal of relief (my vacation was in jeopardy). Needed a part for the RV water pump... described things to Dave in service, over the phone. Dave was familiar enough with issue to check his stock for likely part needed. He put them aside on the desk until I arrived to match one to my part. Also, needing a toilet valve, Jamie searched stock to find a matching part.. that another dealer did not have and couldn't order from USA in these times. It was fast effective service by Dave and Jamie... I couldn't be happier.

Dave Boyd was my salesman and he was excellent to deal with from start to finish. My dealings with Jamie Barrett the service manager have been refreshing in the fact that when he promised me help with an issue with my trailer, he followed up and made sure it got done. Eddy the repair person sent to do the work was kind, polite, arrived on time and took obvious pride in his work. I Continue to be totally pleased with my decision to buy from Primo Trailer sales. Ty
