Local folks are great. The central reservation line is terrible. You talk to an agent who has to confirm vehicle availability with the local dispatch. Who thinks that's a good idea? Vehicle availability on the website doesn't match what's actually available. In my case a cargo van wasn't available so they provided a cube van at the cargo price. Good enough except that the cube drank twice as much gas as the cargo would have. Ended up costing me much more than it should have.

Had such a great experience with Discounts in Bells Corners. My vehicle was in an accident in the evening and I got a call from them early in the morning next day. They came and picked me up and had me in a vehicle within 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.
