I called to inquired about an auto part and I spoke with a gentleman named Mo which he found and gaved an amazing price!!! I had to come all the way from Ottawa to come get it!! I said to Mo let me find time to come get it because I wasn't sure if I had time this week. He called me back couple day later which I was surprise and happy to ask me if I was still interested! I'm like in my head wow!! I really appreciate the follow-up. I was thinking that was like a diamond service !! Super nice guy , super nice service, really want to help you out!! Good job !!!

Gail on the phone was my first contact very friendly and efficient with answer pertaining to deposing of my car. She asked if I had taken everything out and don't forget the license plates she said and I told I had everything out and gave the car a kiss goodbye which got a chuckle out of her. Greg who picked up the the car was congenial, quick and professional and looked like he enjoyed what he was doing. Thanks Gail & Greg.
